I had a pleasant 2-night stay in a Family Room. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Gideon, who made my children feel at ease. I was disappointed that the live music I was looking forward to did not take place due to an uncommunicated illness of the performer.

The lack of clear communication surrounding charges was frustrating!!! Room towels could stand to be upgraded, and the elevator wait times could use some serious improvement!!! More transparency would certainly enhance guest satisfaction!!!

The gym facilities were satisfactory, though I wished

for a few more machines. The staff was notably attentive and responded to my inquiries swiftly. The pool added a nice touch to my stay, making it a refreshing experience. Parking can get busy during peak hours, so plan accordingly.

Perfect for solo adventure seekers

Had a great time enjoying the views from the room, especially at night when the city lights sparkled. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful like Ms. Linda at the front desk who explained everything & made my stay easier.

It wasn't inexpensive, but definitely manageable.

Had a fabulous stay! The rooms are immaculate, with great views and comfy beds. The breakfast at the Garden Grille was a delicious spread, and the staff's attentiveness was top-notch. Plus, having a Shoprite across the street was a great convenience for quick snacks!

Noisy street.

rooms come with an iron and refrigerator for convenience. the street outside is always noisy.

The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Lusaka on foot. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff, especially the welcoming breakfast service. Having a Shoprite across the street for quick shopping was a nice touch, but the breakfast variety itself could be improved.
